Every event is unique. During your free phone consultation, I will get to know you and your needs. Based on that meeting I will create a proposal tailored specifically for you and your event that outlines the pricing structure and services provided.

Please note that due to some new additions coming this Fall (!), we are not accepting any inquiries for Fall of 2017, but are ready and willing for Spring 2018 and beyond!

 

Full Planning

$8,000-$12,000

Full wedding planning and coordination can start up to 18 months before the wedding and includes month-of coordination. Price depends on your needs, the size and complexity of your event, as well as the level of involvement you’re seeking.

Services can include:

  • Budget formulation and guidance
  • Booking venue and all vendors
  • Presence at any wedding-related meetings
  • Arranging hotel room blocks for out of town guests
  • Rehearsal direction
  • Timeline creation
  • Event management
  • Regular progress meetings
  • Unlimited correspondence

Partial Planning

$5,000-$8,000

We tend to attract a lot of proactive couples who want to be very involved in planning, but still need help getting started. This is the perfect option - we help create your initial budget and assist in nailing down your major vendors - and then we reemerge for month-of coordination to help ensure the event runs smoothly!

Services include:

  • Create a realistic wedding budget (and help you stick to it!)
  • Nail down major vendors: venue, caterer, photographer, music (band or dj), and florist
  • Provide a planning timeline to keep you on track for the smaller planning details
  • Month-of Coordination (see below for more details!)

Month-of Coordination

$1,750-$2,500

What most refer to as day-of coordination, we call month-of coordination because I believe that to do it right, we need to become involved no later than a month before the event. 

Services include:

  • Managing the entire wedding/event day
  • Final planning meeting
  • Final walk-through of the venue
  • Creating the event timeline
  • Vendor coordination and confirmations prior to the event
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • An assistant as necessary.

Event Design

$650-$1,250

You can pair event design services with any of the planning services above. We'll meet with you to go over your style, likes and dislikes, and colors so we can compile a moodboard that's representative of how you'd like your wedding to look. Once you’re happy with the direction of the moodboard, you’ll use it to convey your style and colors to your creative vendors. Below are the services included when you add design to your planning package.

When paired with full or partial planning:

  • In-person visual discussion
  • Moodboard with Pantone colors
  • Design guide with specific pages for each aspect of your event (examples: florals, tabletop, ceremony, invitation style, escort card table, etc.)
  • Unlimited email correspondence 

When paired with month-of coordination:

  • In-person visual discussion
  • Moodboard with Pantone colors
  • Unlimited email correspondence to help you make design decisions
